I have so many people to thank for the tremendous success of our first annual Food Drive for the Hungry.

We raised almost 2,100 pounds of food, enough to feed a family of four 420 times!! 1st of all I would like to thank my wife for supporting me through what neither one of us knew and that was how much time it takes to put together a food drive like this. 2nd, I would like to thank all the volunteers, from those that rolled the grocery bags, to those that delivered them door to door and then picked them up from all the various locations. 3rd, I want to thank the sponsors, starting with Kim at Bulldog Graphics who donated all her time and talent for the marketing pieces, what an AWESOME JOB! Then there is Safeway Food Store Harmony, King Soopers, The Egg and I restaraunt, The Readers Cove Book Store, and Ace Hardware Harmony. Last but not least I want to thank all my neighbors and friends that without you we would have never raised this much food for the Larimer County Food Bank. I was just amazed watching you all give with your pocket book and your heart to those less fortunate than yourselves. You are all a wonderful blessing to me and to others and I am honored to have met some of you. Thank you for your support, Sincerely,  Curtis Vernon
